Currently the business offers home delivery, pre-ordering and wholesale.
Baker and co-owner Tamas Konkoly told bitternepark.info that the lease has been signed and work has already started at the site, a stone’s throw from Cobden Bridge.
“Everything is going forward and 100% it’s going to be a bakery over there,” he said.
“We would like to open as soon as we can.”

The bakery said on social media: “After nearly 3 years of relentless dedication, we're taking an incredible new step. From working six days a week with only 4-6 hours of sleep per night, we’re stepping out from behind the scenes and into the spotlight.
“We're proud to announce the opening of our very first shop in Southampton, where every pastry and loaf is made fresh on-site each morning.”
It added: “We hope our hard work pays off and that the community will embrace us as warmly as we’ve dreamed. Here’s to new beginnings and the hope that this little bakery will become a cherished part of the neighbourhood.”
‘St Deny’s Grill’ has been closed for some time. Previously, the premises operated as Fit Chefs, and before that, Marmaris Kebab & Pizza.
