Repair work apparently took longer than expected as builders were working on another job that was delayed.
Various holiday events were recently announced by the library: still to come on Tuesday 12 are C’razy Grass Heads Craft’ – making and decorating a character with a cress or grass “hairdo” to grow at home, and ‘Build Your Dream Paper City’ - a creative session for budding architects, making paper buildings to form a miniature city. General Cobbett Road Library opening times are currently:
Tuesday: 1pm - 5pm
Wednesday 1pm - 5pm
Friday 3pm - 5:30 pm
Saturday 11am - 3pm
