The new leaseholders said their offering would be different to Il Picchio’s fare – next door.

It’s thought no change of use planning application for the premises has been made – although planning permission may not be required. [Update November 1 2012 - planning submitted].

Julie Shears shut her Something Nice shop after 15 years earlier this year, blaming difficult trading conditions.

Triangle coffee and sandwich bar Food to Suit, which opened in 2009, was on the market in early 2012. We were unable to confirm at the time of writing whether that is still the case.
