This year’s Family Fun Day takes place at the Woodmill
end of Riverside Park on Saturday 15 July. Everyone is invited to come
along and enjoy this free community event from 12.30 — 3.30pm.
There will be a variety of activities and displays, including sports and games, wood sculpting and African drumming workshops, a fire engine, free prize draw and a low cost community fun fair from 2pm - 9pm. The Woodmill Outdoor Centre grounds will be open, and healthy snacks and drinks will be available.
The event is organised by the East Neighbourhood Partnership. "Everyone is invited to come along and
take part in this free community event and enjoy the outdoor family
activities, games and displays. We hope this event is as successful as
last year and much fun is had by all," said organiser Julia Steward.
