Following this week’s damage to the bus shelter by the McCarthy Stone flats on Cobden Bridge, the shelter by Priory Road has again been smashed soon after its latest repair, and one in Portswood has also reportedly been damaged.

George Tinsley said he hadn’t stopped, as people had queued at his makeshift cake stand for Over the Garden Fence in St Denys on Sunday morning (May 26). The event brings residents together, with many setting up stalls outside their houses to sell or give away goods and have a natter.
